10 STEPS TO BE STRESS FREE:
1.First step is to know why you are stressed?
Know the reason if you don't know then first find the reason
2.Second step is to ultimate think and analyse.
Will you are taking stress could be the solution for that reason?
3.Third step is I hope all would have answer "NO" for the question you ask yourself in second step.
4. Fourth steps to come forward. Let yourself come out from that thing you are holding so much tight in your heart. Understand it's time to let it go for your own peace.
: 5. Fifth step is doing anything good which entertains you and make you happy. I won't say take a deep breath, do yoga, do workout. It could be anything but just good.
Say no to addictions.
6. Sixth step is if you followed fifth step by heart and maybe if it made you smile. You must have got the self realization that happiness is the ultimate thing people have cravings for. And, if you can have it. Why you want to be stressed?
7. Seventh step is entering into a practical world. Start working, start being happy and keep flowing into your life like water. Be like water and water never stops. Stress will be automatically flown away when you are consistent about never stopping.
8. Eighth Step is that you might come up with some of the useless negative thoughts in between. Please don't expand it. Keep it a full stop.
Remember, over thinking could be the reason of your stress again.
9. Ninth step is Accept today. Delete yesterday and tomorrow.
10.Tenth step is very important. Please, follow these steps and have a consistency about it
